Customer Support Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Solutions Expert to join our team at Blue Yonder. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. As a Customer Support Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working collaboratively with various teams and partners to resolve issues, and developing knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer experience by resolving solution cases of moderate complexity
- Owning customer solutions for Tier 2 customers and consistently achieving high customer satisfaction
- Communicating effectively with customers and supporting junior team members in achieving effective communication
- Collaborating relentlessly and respectfully with various teams and partners
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Moderate expertise in contemporary SaaS technical toolsets such as AppDynamics and Splunk
- Moderate knowledge of product features and functionalities
- Possession of basic knowledge of relevant industry domain and business processes of the customers
- Decent understanding of solution architecture relevant for concerned solution
- Decent skills on architecture framework, tools, and technologies relevant for concerned solution
