At Hewlett Packard, we value diversity and inclusion. We're looking for a skilled Collections Analyst to join our Global Direct Collection Team.

As a Collections Analyst, you will build strategic relationships with customers, understand their business models, identify challenges in the payment process, and find solutions to improve HP and customer interlock and accelerate cash-flow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building strategic relationships with customers, understanding their business models, and identifying challenges in the payment process
  • Sending consolidated account statements to AP contacts and logging disputes raised by customers
  • Conducting critical calls with Order Management groups to review dispute status, negotiate, and agree on resolution timelines
  • Having ad-hoc calls with Accounts Payable representatives for Accounts Receivable reconciliations
  • Following up with Customers' Requestors to obtain faster resolution on cases
  • Communicating and partnering with Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams to take financial decisions
  • Escalating cases without a clear resolution path to Director and VP level
  • Leading and/or participating in business enhancement projects across countries/regions

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Administration, Business, Economics, or similar
  • Advanced English language skills, knowledge of additional languages a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in collection, customer service, accounts payable, or receivable
  • Understanding of collection strategies and financial concepts
  • Good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
  • Understanding of Quote to Cash process
