The Inside Sales Specialist position at Verimatrix is a key role within the Sales Operations team, responsible for driving sales growth and achieving regional sales goals. As a member of this team, you will report directly to your Global Inside Sales Manager and be accountable for various complex tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Inside Sales activities, handling day-to-day business operations and customer inquiries in the AMER-LATAM region.
- Take a lead role in renewing Maintenance & Support contracts for all customers in the AMER-LATAM region.
- Proactively identify areas of upsell and collaborate with the Sales team to close deals.
- Lead the renewal of all SaaS business in the AMER-LATAM region.
- Assist the Sales Team in processing quotes, purchase orders, and legal agreements.
- Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication between Finance, Sales, Logistics, Legal teams, and customers.
- Assist in organizing internal team meetings and quarterly Sales meetings.
- Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region.
- Update and maintain information in Salesforce related to all customers and partners in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales teams from other regions to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.
- Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.
- Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company.
- Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a must.
- Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good level in Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of stakeholders.
- Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience.
- Experience working with customer accounts.
- Experience doing annual renewals.
- Ability to exercise judgment.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, negotiation, and organization skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and working well under pressure.
- Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and able to participate in a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist on sensitive matters with discretion.
- Ability to effectively interface with other departments, across all levels of the organization, and with technology partners and potential partners, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Proficient with Salesforce software/hardware/processes, i.e., Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, as well as the ability to learn other software programs as needed.
