Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist position at Verimatrix is a key role within the Sales Operations team, responsible for driving sales growth and achieving regional sales goals. As a member of this team, you will report directly to your Global Inside Sales Manager and be accountable for various complex tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Inside Sales activities, handling day-to-day business operations and customer inquiries in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Take a lead role in renewing Maintenance & Support contracts for all customers in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Proactively identify areas of upsell and collaborate with the Sales team to close deals.
  • Lead the renewal of all SaaS business in the AMER-LATAM region.
  • Assist the Sales Team in processing quotes, purchase orders, and legal agreements.
  • Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication between Finance, Sales, Logistics, Legal teams, and customers.
  • Assist in organizing internal team meetings and quarterly Sales meetings.
  • Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region.
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce related to all customers and partners in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales teams from other regions to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.
  • Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company.
  • Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a must.
  • Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good level in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience.
  • Experience working with customer accounts.
  • Experience doing annual renewals.
  • Ability to exercise judgment.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, negotiation, and organization skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and working well under pressure.
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and able to participate in a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist on sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Ability to effectively interface with other departments, across all levels of the organization, and with technology partners and potential partners, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Proficient with Salesforce software/hardware/processes, i.e., Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, as well as the ability to learn other software programs as needed.
