Sales Director

Dematic Mexico is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in the Mexico Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Account Managers to drive profitable revenue growth and achieve monthly goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in all vertical markets.
- Use data analytics to build account plans and maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to present efficient means of doing business with customers and channel partners.
- Champion and support the Global Sales Model.
- Ensure sales operations processes and global best practices are communicated and followed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales; 5+ experience in management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong analytical/quantitative abilities, problem solving and presentation skills.
