Job Title: Director of Sales

Dematic Mexico is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in the Mexico Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to drive profitable revenue growth and achieve monthly goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in all vertical markets.
  • Use data analytics to build account plans and maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to present efficient means of doing business with customers and channel partners.
  • Champion and support the Global Sales Model.
  • Ensure sales operations processes and global best practices are communicated and followed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales; 5+ experience in management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical/quantitative abilities, problem solving and presentation skills.
