Job Summary

Expeditors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Brokerage Service Center Agent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing flawless operational performance, productivity, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including employee satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and product OPA audit results.
  • Exemplify and teach our company culture, mission, and goals.
  • Follow the 10 Critical Success Factors and contribute to building healthy cross-functional relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Comply with company controls, policies, procedures, and processes, including the credit policy.
  • Properly use all Expeditor systems and tools, and ensure that files are logged correctly and timely.
  • Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company's processes (OPS) and contribute to operational effectiveness.
  • Escalate issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • 3 months to 1 year of related experience in data entry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels, written and oral communication, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients, service providers, and employees.
  • Time management and attention to detail oriented.
  • Ability to complete work within standard procedures, guidelines, and office policies.
  • Self-driven personality.
  • Good computer skills, (Excel, Word), ability to learn other computer systems and tools.
  • English fluency 60%.
  • Teamwork player.
