Financial Operations Coordinator

At Worldstrides, we are seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the financial status of approximately 275 assigned travel groups, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of WorldStrides products, policies, workflows, and platforms, with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality. As the financial point of contact for each group, you will provide timely updates on trip costs, payments, and balance statuses to Program Leaders.
In collaboration with Account Managers, Customer Service, Retention, and Support teammates, you will coordinate transactions impacting group trip costs and balance dues. Your success lies in your ability to manage financial dynamics through effective communication with Program Leaders, proper distribution of school monies, and collection of all monies due from traveling schools.
This role requires:

- Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions
