Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Front Office operations, ensuring that all sections of Front Office's service standards delivery are maintained in accordance with the Hotel's strategic plan and standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the Front Office operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Office efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Front Office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring that all guest interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma in tourism & hospitality management education or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good command of the English language, with additional foreign language skills an advantage.
  • Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives an advantage.
