Sales Support Analyst for Institutional Clients

The Sales Support Analyst plays a vital role in the success of our Institutional Sales team. This developing professional role requires applying specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Sales Teams
The Sales Support Analyst will work closely with salespeople, client executives, and clients to support all aspects of the client and sales lifecycle. This includes coordinating internally, preparing materials ahead of client meetings, and documenting call reports in the appropriate systems.
Client Strategy and Execution
The analyst will also assist sales teams in the development and execution of client strategy and sales initiatives, including maintenance of associated reports. Additionally, they will work with sales team members to keep CRM and other internal systems active and accurate.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have 0-2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of client onboarding procedures (KYC requirements, OFAC, etc.), and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is also required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
