Customer Support Advocate for Strategic Accounts

Overview
As a member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance for Electronic Support Services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Oracle employees and providing advice on diverse customer situations.
Job Requirements
- Prioritize and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and non-technical customer issues.
