About the Role
The Automation Sales Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating a sales team to meet assigned sales quotas, planning and executing technical-commercial activities to achieve corporate sales targets, analyzing market trends, and advising the sales team on best practices to enhance their strengths and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the sales team to meet sales quotas and achieve corporate targets.
- Plan and execute technical-commercial activities to achieve sales growth.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Advise the sales team on best practices to enhance their strengths and abilities.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
Requirements
To succeed as an Automation Sales Team Lead, you should have:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation and Control, Industrial, Mechatronics, Communications, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling automation equipment/services and/or solutions.
- 2 years of experience leading work teams.
- Excellent knowledge of automation, sales, negotiation, and MS Office, CRM software.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
