Job Overview
The Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team to acquire and manage key accounts, develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, and work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Amazon's presence in Mexico.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide ongoing support and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Retail Buyer/Associate Buyer, In-stock Planner/Allocator, Finance/Analyst roles, Marketing/Merchandising roles, Product Management roles, or Project Management roles.
- At least 2 years of managing sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, online advertising, retail technology, or IT industries.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Location
This role is based in Mexico and requires frequent travel to meetings and sales calls.
