Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Predictive Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, responding to critical alarms and predictive alerts, and collaborating with field technicians and tech support to resolve issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Respond to and triage Predict Pulse critical alarms and predictive alerts in a timely and efficient manner

• Collect and manage Lost Communications reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

• Provide verbal and written technical support to internal and external customers, including field technicians and tech support

• Collaborate with the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results

• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Minimum 3 years of customer interaction experience

• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently, with bilingual skills a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

• Minimum 2 years of software and connectivity experience

• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
