Indrive is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Continuous improvement of customer support processes to ensure quick and high-quality service to customers.

• Resolution of conflicts, doubts, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Outgoing calls to clients to resolve issues and provide support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.

• Availability to work different shifts, including day and night shifts.

• Proficiency in Google products, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Native language speaker of Spanish.

• Typing skills of at least 100 words per minute.
