E-Key Account Manager

Además de su pasión por la belleza, como L'Oréal, estamos buscando un profesional con experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave en el ecommerce. Este rol es ideal para alguien que busque desafíos y oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno dinámico y emprendedor.
Entre las responsabilidades de este puesto se encuentran:
- Desarrollar y negociar acuerdos anuales con socios de ecommerce
- Crear planes, indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y objetivos para cada socio de ecommerce
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de lanzamiento de mercados con equipos interfuncionales (marketing, cadena de suministro, TI, ventas, etc.)
- Identificar tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento en ecommerce y planificar acciones
- Preparar y presentar propuestas de productos a socios de ecommerce actuales y futuros
- Administrar eventos de ventas específicos gracias a la información recopilada del departamento de marketing para mejorar la visibilidad de la marca y el desempeño de las ventas
- Análizar y interpretar informes de ventas de socios de ecommerce para identificar fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de negocio
El candidato ideal posee un título universitario en comercio, marketing o empresa y experiencia como Gerente de Cuentas Clave de Ecommerce o similar.
