POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Specialist for RVs, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the sale of vans and motorhomes from our extensive fleet to interested buyers across the US & Canada. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with leads and potential customers who have expressed interest in our vehicles through various communication channels, including phone and email, ensuring that interactions are conducted in their preferred language. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the financial success of the company by maintaining a modern and appealing fleet for rental.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate and execute online sales strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives for both B2C and B2B segments. Identify and pursue new business leads (B2B) within your designated area. Assess and nurture inbound leads through the sales funnel to drive conversions. Collaborate with local and regional operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale. Organize Customer Demonstrations (CDs) and Vehicle Handovers (VHs) in partnership with local operations personnel. Serve as the primary contact for prospective buyers and existing customers regarding all matters related to RV sales. Keep precise records of sales activities and performance metrics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A technical degree in sales or a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. 1-10 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive or RV sales sectors. Proficiency in English is required. A solid understanding of RV products and sales processes is highly advantageous. Experience with administrative tasks related to the sale of leased vehicles/RVs (such as document management and lease termination) is a plus. A humble and proactive approach with a mindset geared towards growth and development. Familiarity with consumer financing options is beneficial. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
