About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Total Rewards Services organization in Mexico City. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class operations to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the day-to-day operations of all assigned process areas across the global annual rewards cycle, severance and accrual processes, and Latin America pre-payroll, benefits, and leaves administration.
  2. Ensure a high standard of delivery to meet SLA's/KPI's and provide an exceptional employee experience.
  3. Drive continuous improvements and service delivery excellence opportunities, foster a culture of innovation within the team.
  4. Manage and maintain effective internal and external relationships with 3rd party vendors/partners.
  5. Work in partnership with the Centre of Excellence Total Rewards regional LATAM teams and global compensation team in the US.
  6. Ensure processes achieve full compliance with policy and control environment including data privacy and SOX.
  7. Champion a positive employee experience by continuously enhancing P&C services by addressing feedback and concerns.
  8. People management/leadership of the team including succession planning, coaching, developing talent, and creating a strong employee culture.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years in Human Resources, including 3+ years in Shared Services/Delivery. Proven expertise in leading Total Rewards/HR support functions and managing operations in a multinational environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  3. Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred but not required.
  4. Strong familiarity with HR and benefits systems, particularly Workday and Benify.
  5. Demonstrated leadership in multinational operations. Proven ability to lead, engage, and build positive team cultures.
  6. Strong relationship and negotiation skills. Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations.
  7. Skilled in process management, improvements, and re-engineering. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.
  8. Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, delegation, and follow-up skills. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  9. Demonstrated ability to provide well-thought-out recommendations, manage risk, and adapt to changing environments.
  10. International experience is required, along with willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  11. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Persuasive and persistent in driving change.
  12. Strong business and technical acumen with an inspiring leadership presence. Demonstrates 360-degree leadership, balancing cost, productivity, and timeliness in executing strategy.
