About the Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to lead our marketing operations, focusing on organizing processes, tools, and resources to ensure the production of world-class marketing content. This is a new role, reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and sitting on our marketing leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production and execution of marketing projects, define and refine marketing processes, and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Process Definition and Implementation: Design and establish efficient, scalable processes for the marketing department.
  • Project Coordination and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Assist the CMO in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the marketing team and across other departments.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Support the CMO in leading the marketing team.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects as directed by the CMO.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Understanding of creative quality and premium brand management.
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing successful processes.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
