About the Role

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Engagement Manager. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our spend management solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation process from mobilization to deployment, ensuring a successful and on-time go-live.
  • Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues to drive customer success.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with Coupa services partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve implementation methodologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, preferably with a focus on procurement and spend management.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to work with customers to execute an implementation plan.
  • Experience with software as a service and financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software is a plus.
  • Previous senior consulting experience with applications such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to configure and deliver software demonstrations.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a proven track record of career growth and significant experience in a similar role.
