About the Position

The Senior Associate Client Engagement Manager will oversee comprehensive deployment processes utilizing the Workday Deployment Methodology. This role requires leveraging professional expertise to creatively and effectively resolve challenges. The individual will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Project Directors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of the Workday platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve proficiency in Workday's Implementation Methodology.
  • Support Engagement Managers in executing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Assist Engagement Managers in maintaining project delivery within the financial parameters set forth in the Statement of Work.
  • Identify potential areas to broaden the scope of support provided to Engagement Managers.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks for Engagement Managers and consulting resources involved in their projects.
  • Lead deployments of low to medium complexity as the Engagement Manager.
  • Conduct timesheet reviews, approvals, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain the RAIDQ Log and manage Support Cases effectively.
  • Propose and facilitate changes aimed at enhancing optimization and/or automation in Smart Sheets.
  • Continuously seek to improve the efficiency of the Engagement Support service across the organization.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of experience in project management related to HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations within medium to large enterprises, higher education, or state and local governments.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.

Other Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation roles.
  • Experience with SaaS / ERP solutions is highly preferred.
  • Consulting experience that demonstrates the ability to manage customer expectations while fostering trust and confidence.
  • Experience in coordinating smaller work streams and project deliveries.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new management methodologies, technologies, and technical skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and quality outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
  • Capacity to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills for interacting with all project team members.
  • Proficient spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
