  • Process transaction requests, resolve process-related inquiries, and provide user support for HR tools.
  • Minimize work for other tiers by sending sub-requests to other teams within HR Services and following up on their completion.
  • Validate documentation before asking clarification from the requestor and identify the right contact in the HR teams for additional help, review, or approval steps.
  • Provide excellent customer service support while educating customers on the use of self-service tools.
  • Secure that every request is logged into a case management tool to track volumes, SLAs, and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 6 months of experience in HR activities.
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory.
  • Customer service mindset.
