About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of retention specialists in a global software company

• Developing and managing talent within the team

• Establishing new teams as needed

• Driving the team to meet goals set in collaboration with senior management

• Focusing on priority touchpoints, leveraging sales enablement tools and processes

About You:
You're a fit for the role if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree

• Fluent English

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team that supports a U.S.-based Book of Business

• Proven track record of leading a team of retention specialists in a global software company

• Experience in developing talent and managing team performance

• Demonstrated ability to drive retention and upsell strategies

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations

• Strong communication skills and ability to direct work efficiently
