Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Gigamon. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to drive business growth and revenue retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner closely with sales, channel partners, and renewals teams to ensure alignment and provide information on new opportunities and customer outcomes.
- Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue retention through customer-centric strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
