We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Service Operations Excellence and Tools Leader. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the planning, execution, and after-sales service within the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in the areas of planning, execution, and after-sales service of the service area.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Apply Lean tools such as Kaizen and Lean Office to optimize processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of Capex and Opex development and implementation to justify financially profitable projects or initiatives.
  • Solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
  • Possess technical knowledge in Power Products, Power Systems, Low and Medium Voltage Devices.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Handle digital tools and possess strong technical knowledge and skills.
  • Interact with customers and manage complex problems.
  • Possess an industrial, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering background.
