Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, initial phone screenings, in-person interviews, and administering knowledge assessments.
  • Prepare financial proposals for approval and subsequently communicate offers to selected candidates.
  • Monitor the onboarding process for new hires until their integration is complete.
  • Draft employment contracts and coordinate orientation sessions for new employees, collaborating with all relevant departments to provide comprehensive HR onboarding.
  • Provide general assistance to the Human Resources department in administrative tasks, such as creating purchase requisitions, tracking HR vendor payments, and maintaining records.
  • Conduct transactional operations in Workday, including requisitions, recruitment activities, employee registrations, terminations, and updating organizational charts.
  • Assess and enhance processes as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment processes (both Direct and Indirect).
  • Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
