As a Sales Representative - Business Development, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Job Description:

  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell AT&T services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales processes and excellent customer service.
  • Pursue new business leads and develop strategies to acquire new clients.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S.-based clients.
  • 1 year of sales experience or equivalent skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week (40 hours) during operation hours, plus 2 resting days per week.

Compensation Package:

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,500.
  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 for meeting sales and service targets.
  • Monthly grocery vouchers: MXN $1,519 every 14 days.
  • Monthly restaurant vouchers: MXN $1,216 every 14 days.
