About the Role

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sales Account Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. This role involves managing assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets across the customer base while directing field sales operations to maximize sales and profit objectives.

A Day in the Life

This role requires general understanding of project processes and procedures. You will read daily reports, focus on critical or anomalous report readings, follow up on sales daily, and provide timely attention to report presentations. Collaboration with Traffic and Logistics teams is also essential.

Your Background

We are looking for candidates with a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in a similar position as Customer Service Representative is preferred. Internal and external customer service attitude, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English are required. Previous knowledge in the area of materials is a plus.

What We Offer

As a Sales Account Manager at Flex, you can expect a competitive salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year (estimated), depending on your background and experience.
