La position de Spécialiste en Expérience Client est un rôle essentiel au sein d'une équipe qui se consacre à fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle aux voyageurs et voyageuses. Notre équipe travaille pour offrir un service personnalisé qui répond aux besoins de chaque client, du moment où ils arrivent jusqu'au moment où ils partent.
Ce poste nécessite des personnes performantes, animées par la passion d'offrir une expérience clientèle qui dépasse les attentes. Les Spécialistes en Expérience Client sont responsables de prendre soin des clients, de résoudre leurs problèmes et de leur offrir un accueil chaleureux. Ils doivent être capables de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
L'expérience Courtyard donne à nos clients les clés pour s'épanouir, quels que soient le but ou la durée de leur séjour. Nos Spécialistes en Expérience Client sont donc des ambassadeurs de l'hospitalité, chargés de faire découvrir notre hôtel et ses services aux clients.
Afin de réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir un niveau d'études secondaire ou équivalent, ainsi que quelques mois d'expérience professionnelle. Vous devrez également avoir une bonne connaissance de la langue française et être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients.
