Key Account Manager, Mexico Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major end customer accounts.

About the Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned major accounts
  • Manage all aspects of relationship with assigned major accounts
  • Responsible for strategic management of the accounts to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines and geographical boundaries
  • Involved in the sale and implementation of accounts, including presentations and proposals to decision makers
  • Manage relationships with all end-users and ecosystem partners involved in the account
  • Build a team around the account and coordinate resources and communication between sales, business development, marketing, and technical services

Requirements:

  • Strong account management and teambuilding skills
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels with the end user
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple integrators, distributors, and partners competing for the same account
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
  • High level of technical ability for shootouts, proof of concepts, pilots, and pre- and post-sale troubleshooting
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
