Business Development Manager, Mexico

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major end customer accounts.
About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned major accounts
- Manage all aspects of relationship with assigned major accounts
- Responsible for strategic management of the accounts to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines and geographical boundaries
- Involved in the sale and implementation of accounts, including presentations and proposals to decision makers
- Manage relationships with all end-users and ecosystem partners involved in the account
- Build a team around the account and coordinate resources and communication between sales, business development, marketing, and technical services
Requirements:
- Strong account management and teambuilding skills
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels with the end user
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple integrators, distributors, and partners competing for the same account
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
- High level of technical ability for shootouts, proof of concepts, pilots, and pre- and post-sale troubleshooting
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
