The company has offices in various locations around the world. We are seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, communication skills, and technical expertise. As a Client Success Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic client partnerships.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their success. This may involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and support to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range is based on the cost of living in major cities around the world and takes into account the level of responsibility and expertise required for the role.
