Channel Marketing Lead

As a Channel Marketing Lead at Apple Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the company's sales organization forward. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of Apple's quarterly channel communication plans, covering multiple avenues in digital, brick-and-mortar, and base management. You will report on the overall performance of these plans and ensure that they are aligned with Apple's consumer experience and channel communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Channel Marketing Plans: Establish strong relationships with partners, align account strategy with communications plan to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
- Manage Key Accounts: Oversee the Base Management/CRM strategy and implementation for key accounts.
- Partner with Marcom Team: Collaborate with the Marcom team to create business briefs, translating sales strategies into creative partner campaigns.
- Optimize Partner Campaigns: Analyze campaign results and optimize partner campaigns to improve results and enhance the customer experience.
- Track Progress and Efficiency: Establish key metrics to track the progress and efficiency of strategic communication initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Build Insights and Plans: Develop a deep understanding of the industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with several teams to develop and refine the organization's strategic objectives, long-term and annual business plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- 7+ years of proven experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven knowledge of marketing reporting tools such as Google analytics.
- Validated digital marketing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather information from various sources and assess its credibility and relevance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; skilled at conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluency in English -- written and verbal.
