**About the Role**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by reducing escalations and providing timely solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar position and possess advanced English language skills. They will also have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

As a Technical Account Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers responsible for customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include handling back-office tasks such as opportunity management, generating system configurations, and offering proactive follow-up and information on comprehensive account support.

**What You'll Do:**

  • Support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience within assigned territory
  • Verify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices and credit issues
  • Accurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders)

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
