We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at Tlnt & Spin Hire. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain multiple email accounts for our HR team
- Schedule and organize appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Update and maintain calendars with accuracy, ensuring seamless coordination of team activities
- Set up and facilitate virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials as needed, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with engaging visuals and content
- Design professional social media graphics and posts, aligning with our brand identity
- Assist in developing content strategies for social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging
- Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to inquiries and comments
- Update and maintain client records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Utilize productivity tools to manage tasks and workflows efficiently, maximizing productivity
- Perform data entry and manage digital files, ensuring secure and organized storage
- Conduct research and gather information as needed, providing valuable insights to our team
- Provide other administrative support as required, ensuring seamless operation of our business
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications or related software
- Experience with Canva is required; experience with similar design software is a plus
- Experience working with CRM and productivity software is preferred
- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines at least 90% of the time
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask, adapting to changing priorities
- Efficient and error-free setup and coordination of virtual meetings
