Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the front-line operation, including data entry, coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with package tracing, answering questions, and providing over-the-counter service.
  • Prepare various operations reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer interactions with packages in the cage, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with customs documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Station Ops Manager, including checking packages for proper labeling and legality of content.
  • Recognize new customers or business opportunities, open new accounts, and submit sales leads.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points).
  • Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment or 18 months of experience as a Service Agent.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
  • Good general office skills, including typing, filing, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Clean cut and neat appearance.
  • Ability to successfully complete the Reading, Listening, Sorting, and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test.
  • Able to work variable shifts.
