Technical Support Engineer

Nuvit Service is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing enterprise-level technical assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch support for software and hardware issues.
Key Responsibilities- Support IT Platforms, Integration, and Digital Services by applying best practices and solutions.
- Provide robust support fully aligned with strategic objectives, adopting Cloud Integration and Information Systems technologies, 7x24x365.
- Operate with various service providers: Capgemini (Mulesoft and Service Now), Yalo, Telnet, Pitcher, ACN, SAP, Greenmile, Hasar.
- Continuous support of Digital Platforms through proactive maintenance plans, updated versions of SW, HW, or applications.
- Resolve incidents with urgency, working with internal or external support groups for agile and robust solutions.
- 4-5 years of hands-on IT Experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows).
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable).
- Advance Level English.
- Technical English required.
- Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently in a regulated environment.
- Proactive.
- Teamwork.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
