We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team at Berlitz. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing best practices.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content across multiple formats, including articles, blog posts, brochures, videos, and more. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all content.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with our SEO Manager to lead SEO efforts aimed at improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing online visibility.
- Content Distribution: Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Utilize channels such as email marketing, partnerships, and social media to amplify content visibility and drive traffic among B2B decision-makers.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content assets. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content release schedules with product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data insights to evaluate content effectiveness and inform strategic optimizations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and other departments to integrate content initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proficiency in the English language: Level C2 Essential
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- 5 years of experience in content production and inbound marketing
- Knowledge of best practices in SEO
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies, particularly within the B2B sector
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality in content creation and delivery
- Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketing Cloud, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
