Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Conversations: Create engaging conversations with customers, transforming complex information into simple and satisfying experiences.

Content Strategy

  • Content Audits: Conduct thorough content audits to identify areas for improvement and create value propositions.
  • Language and Content Resources: Develop language and content resources that meet the needs of our customers.

Problem-Solving

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and merge solutions into a cohesive content ecosystem.

Content Improvement

  • Navigation and Content: Help improve the navigation, data, content, flows, and elements of our apps to enhance the user experience.

Content Writing

  • Clear and Concise Writing: Write clear and concise content that helps our customers successfully complete tasks with minimal friction and increases product adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience: + 3 years of experience in UX Content Strategist or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Visual Communication, Web Design, Digital, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English skills.

Technical Skills

  • User Experience Design: Strong knowledge in user experience design.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Strong knowledge in business requirements gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and research planning/execution.
  • Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to write for screen readers.
  • Strategy Execution: Coordinate the execution of the strategy and contents with other areas of the company.
  • Web Analytics: Knowledge in web analytics tool and ability to define and measure KPIs associated with the strategy.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work comfortably independently and as a team.
