Administrative Assistant – Technical Purchasing & Customer Support

Salary:
25,000-35,000 (Mexican Pesos) per month.
(B2 English Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and service operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and proper filing.
- Create and process purchase requests and orders for technical materials, spare parts, and services.
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and order information in company databases.
- Follow up on deliveries and invoicing, as well as support collection activities by tracking payment status and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to both the Customer Service Sales and Supply Chain teams, ensuring coordination between commercial and technical activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of administrative and purchasing processes.
- Good numerical and analytical ability for tracking invoices and payments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams.
- B2 English Required
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or finance support roles.
- Experience in industrial or service-oriented companies preferred.
Salary:
25,000-35,000 (Mexican Pesos) per month.
