Administrative Assistant – Technical Purchasing & Customer Support

Salary:
25,000-35,000 (Mexican Pesos) per month.
(B2 English Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales and service operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and proper filing.
  • Create and process purchase requests and orders for technical materials, spare parts, and services.
  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and order information in company databases.
  • Follow up on deliveries and invoicing, as well as support collection activities by tracking payment status and documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to both the Customer Service Sales and Supply Chain teams, ensuring coordination between commercial and technical activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of administrative and purchasing processes.
  • Good numerical and analytical ability for tracking invoices and payments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams.
  • B2 English Required

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or finance support roles.
  • Experience in industrial or service-oriented companies preferred.
