LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Location Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX

Responsable de garantizar el adecuado entrenamiento al personal operativo siguiendo la metodolgía LOFT para lograr o mantener la competencia necesaria. Responsable de liderar y coordinar las actividades de entrenamiento dentro de una organización. Este rol implica diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de entrenamiento para garantizar que los empleados adquieran las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones de manera efectiva.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Asignar entrenadores al personal de nuevo ingreso, interno o reubicado.
  • Validar certificaciones del personal operativo y dar seguimiento a recertificaciones.
  • Certificar entrenadores en conjunto con supervisores o ingenieros del área.
  • Auditar procesos de manufactura (entrenamiento, seguridad y secuencia de operación) y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
  • Crear y actualizar certificaciones y materiales de entrenamiento conforme a los cambios del proceso.
  • Administrar el sistema de certificación y las descripciones de puesto del personal operativo.
  • Coordinar y certificar el programa

  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución del entrenamiento por parte de los entrenadores.
  • Desarrollar, programar e impartir capacitaciones especiales para personal operativo.
  • Organizar cursos de inducción y criterios cosméticos para personal en estaciones de inspección.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros, matrices de versatilidad y expedientes de capacitación.
  • Elaborar reportes de resultados semanales y mensuales.
  • Administrar al personal a su cargo (vacaciones, tiempo extra, desempeño, etc.).

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Psicología o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de
    2-3 años
    en roles de capacitación o entrenamiento industrial.
  • Conocimiento en
    ISO 13485
    ,
    programas de entrenamiento LOFT
    y
    Train the Trainer
    .
  • Experiencia en auditorías de procesos y control documental de certificaciones.
  • Habilidad para desarrollar materiales y módulos de entrenamiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y liderazgo.
  • Manejo intermedio de sistemas de gestión y paquetería Office.
