Topo Chico, Monterrey, CP 64260Horario:Lunes a viernes 8:0am a 4:00pmObjetivo Del PuestoApoyar en el control, seguimiento y actualización de las órdenes abiertas (open orders) en piso, asegurando que la información esté siempre actualizada y refleje el estado real de producción, para facilitar la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega.Funciones PrincipalesDar seguimiento diario a las órdenes abiertas en piso, verificando el avance y estatus de cada una.Capturar y actualizar la información en el sistema o formato correspondiente (Excel, ERP, etc.) sobre el avance de producción.Registrar comentarios relevantes y observaciones relacionadas con cada open order, asegurando que estén claros y actualizados para todo el equipo.Comunicar oportunamente cualquier retraso, problema o cambio relevante a los responsables de producción, planeación y ventas.Apoyar en la coordinación con las áreas de producción y calidad para obtener información precisa y oportuna.Elaborar reportes simples sobre el estado de las órdenes para facilitar el seguimiento por parte de supervisores y gerencia.Mantener organizado y actualizado el archivo o base de datos de open orders.RequisitosEstudiante activo de IMA, IMTC, IMECursando ultimo año de carreraConocimiento básico en seguimiento de producción, control de órdenes o manejo de bases de datos (Excel), en sistemas administrativos o ERP (deseable).Habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, enfoque a resultados, comunicación efectiva.Se OfreceApoyo económico $8,364 mensualesConvenio 6 meses, con opción a renovarSeguro contra accidentesOportunidad laboral al concluir las prácticas (bajo desempeño)check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
