Job Responsibility

  1. Docking with customer shipping requirements, confirming line quotations with business, and flight plans with logistics, and feeding back to customers to meet customer requirements;
  2. Sorted out the delivery guidelines of customer, sorted out the logistics and customs clearance flow of the Mexican section, and completed the delivery;
  3. Logistics route planning, flight booking and handling of in-transit anomalies;
  4. Check export information, confirm customs declaration and confirm destination recipient information;
  5. Handle logistics anomalies in Mexico, meet customer's requirements, and report major anomalies to the supervisor at the same time;
  6. Assist supervisors in achieving work goals and ensuring that 100% of work is accomplished.

Job Requirements

  1. Undergraduate and above, 3-5 years' related experience;
  2. Fluent in Chinese and Spanish;
  3. Excellent communication,coordination skills,the ability to withstand pressure, clear thinking and strong problem solving skills;
  4. Strong sense of customer service, responsible, hard-working, high efficiency working, experience of VIP customer service;
  5. Proficient in the use of computers and office software;
  6. Positive attitude,sense of the overall situation.
