Location: Guadalajara
Schedules: Dayshift, Evenings, Weekends
Compensation: Base salary + commissions (available for eligible roles)
Salary: $15,000 MXN / month
Additional Benefits:
$1,000 MXN grocery vouchers
$500 MXN punctuality bonus
Extra shift bonuses for evenings or weekends
English Level: B2 Intermediate

What You'll DoProspect and onboard new carriers and clients
Negotiate rates and service agreements
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Monitor market trends to guide pricing and service strategies
Collaborate with operations teams for seamless deliveries
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Knowledge of market trends and competitors in logistics
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
Effective business communication in English (B2 level)
