Role Description:

We are looking for an
HR Administrator
to be based in Mexico. This role will be responsible for
Latin America and the surrounding region.

Human Resources Work:

  • Recruitment management
    : expand and maintain local recruitment channels. Be fully responsible for the entire recruitment process, including resume search, screening and recommendation, efficiently coordinating and properly arranging interview schedules, handling offer issuance, contract signing, and collecting on-boarding information. Synchronize human resources information with the headquarters in a timely manner.
  • Payroll management
    : Accurately collect relevant information such as attendance, social security, and tax payment.
  • Corporate culture building
    : Carefully plan, organize, and carry out team cultural activities. Synchronize relevant cultural information and materials (pictures, videos, and texts) with the headquarters.
  • Undertaking other human resources work from the headquarters: Include but are not limited to fully promoting training projects, meticulously sorting out local compliance requirements, and establishing and optimizing local human resources systems.

Administrative Work:

  • Visa management: Handle visa applications for local and foreign employees in the region to ensure that the visa process is compliant and legal.
  • Travel management: Assist employees with air ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and other travel-related matters.
  • Local office management: Be responsible for office equipment management and maintenance, as well as office supply procurement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and immigration procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, additional language skills are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
