In BYD we are looking for our next "
Fleet Sales Specialist" to
supports the commercial team managing sales processes for fleet customers, ensuring clear coordination between internal departments and external clients. This role is key in maintaining up-to-date records, tracking orders, and providing excellent service throughout the sales cycle—from quotation to vehicle delivery.
It´s a Sales focused role, not related with Fleet management or inner fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for fleet clients, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
- Act as the main liaison between the sales team, logistics, finance, and aftersales to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain updated records of fleet sales contracts, unit configurations, customer profiles, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clients.
- Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with production and inventory teams to align delivery expectations.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure a high level of post-sale follow-up and satisfaction.
- Track KPIs related to fleet sales performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics.
- Support tender processes and documentation for government or large-scale fleet opportunities.
- Coordinate demo vehicle logistics, test drives, and customer product trainings in collaboration with technical teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial support, and automotive fleet sales. Other industries or experience will be not consider.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Fluent English knowledge
- Able to travel nationwide
