We're looking for a Senior Account Manager - someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who loves working closely with clients and a team. You'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, increasing cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients
  • Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for Clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Working Hours : This is a full-time role, and we'd love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2-3 PM EST.
To Excel In This Role, You Need To Have

  • 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue.Experience working with US Clients
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success
  • Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.

Brownie Points For

  • Experience in media planning and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Experience managing and motivating a team

** Salary : $3,000 - $3,500 per month*

Full-time : Fully remote

Paid Time Off : Close to 30 days
