Aria Vera Floral
, the creative floral house behind some of the most exclusive luxury weddings and events in Los Cabos and international destinations, is seeking a
Sales Executive
to join our commercial team.

We are looking for a polished, service-driven professional with strong consultative sales skills, a passion for design, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with high-end clients, planners, and partners.


What You Will Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead intake, follow-up, nurturing, and closing.
  • Conduct
    consultative sales
    , deeply understanding each client's vision and event needs.
  • Prepare tailored floral & décor proposals aligned with Aria Vera's creative direction.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, wedding planners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the entire process.
  • Coordinate with the Floral Design and Operations teams for seamless event execution.
  • Represent Aria Vera during meetings, showroom appointments, site visits, and venue walk-throughs.


Requirements

  • %+ years of experience
    in sales (preferably in luxury events, hospitality, hotels and design or creative sectors)
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple client requests.
  • Passion for flowers, aesthetics, and design.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
