About the Role

We are looking for Spanish-English bilingual professionals to support U.S.-based business operations. This is a multi-functional role, ideal for candidates with experience in virtual assistance, dispatch/project coordination, U.S. business processes, U.S. insurance, or U.S. bookkeeping/accounting.

You do not need experience in all areas — expertise in one or more is enough.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, tasks may include:

  • Virtual assistant support (emails, scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Project tracking and dispatch coordination
  • Communicating with U.S.-based clients and vendors
  • Supporting U.S. business operations or insurance processes
  • Bookkeeping and accounting support (QuickBooks experience a plus)
  • Data entry, reporting, and task organization

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in at least one of:
  • Virtual Assistance / Admin Support
  • Project / Dispatch Coordination
  • U.S. Business Operations
  • Insurance (U.S. preferred)
  • Bookkeeping / Accounting (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet and home office setup

Remote Setup Requirements

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet and dedicated work-from-home environment
  • Dual monitors strongly preferred
  • Location: Remote (Work from home)

Schedule: Full-time, US Arizona business hours

Language: Fluent English & Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20, $24,000.00 per month
