Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Soporte Técnico L3, para CDMX.

Technical Support L3

Experiencia:

  • Nivel 1 Soporte a usuario final, EUC, carga de imagen configuraciones de impresoras y reparación de equipos de cómputo + 2 años

  • Nivel 2 Manejo de redes Network, switches routers, conocimiento de cable de consola y cableado estructurado + 1 año

  • Nivel 3 conocimientos básicos en servidores HP, manejo de Ilo y Dell + 1 año

  • Excel, word, power point TI, Redes y herramientas en general para TI

  • Share Point

Actividades Principales:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico en sus tres niveles, EUC, Network y Server a las diferentes cuentas que maneja GSB.

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a clientes internos de GSB.

  • Disponibilidad de viajar para apoyo en otros estados de la República he incluso de ser necesario en el extranjero.

  • Apoyo técnico vía remota.

  • Apoyo en mesa de ayuda.

  • Seguir las políticas y costumbres de GSB.

  • Ser proactivo.

  • Cuidar del activo físico de la empresa en caso de ser necesario.

  • Estar al pendiente de los diferentes chats que se usan en la empresa y apoyar en todo momento.

Requisitos

  • Ubicación: Home Office y trabajo en campo, asignación con clientes.

  • Horario : Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:30 pm

  • Franja salarial: $16,000 -$18,000 de acuerdo con experiencia. (el salario es ajustable cada que se solicita recurso, o si hay alguna indicación)

  • El contrato se requiere por un mes para empezar a ver sus capacidades.

  • Experiencia: Por lo menos tres años de experiencia en 3er nivel EUC, Network, y Server

  • INGLÉS AVANZADO-CONVERSACIONAL INDISPENSABLE (se harán evaluaciones).
