Resumen del Puesto

Family Resource Home Care busca un Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant altamente organizado, proactivo y con excelente actitud para brindar soporte directo al CEO, Héctor.

Este puesto es ideal para alguien que disfruta trabajar en ambientes dinámicos, manejar múltiples tareas y mantener una comunicación clara y profesional. La actitud, confiabilidad y personalidad son tan importantes como la experiencia.

Horario
  • Lunes a viernes: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)
  • Se requiere flexibilidad ocasional para apoyar fines de semana cuando sea necesario.
Proceso de Entrevista
  • 1 sola entrevista
  • Llamada telefónica de 30 minutos (incluye parte en inglés)
Responsabilidades Principales
  • Proveer soporte administrativo directo al CEO
  • Manejo de agenda y coordinación de reuniones
  • Coordinación de viajes y elaboración de itinerarios
  • Preparación y seguimiento de reportes de gastos
  • Apoyo en tareas administrativas y operativas del día a día
  • Comunicación profesional con equipos internos y externos
  • Priorización de múltiples tareas con alta atención al detalle
Requisitos
  • Inglés conversacionalintermedio (indispensable). La entrevista incluye una parte en inglés.
  • 2+ años de experiencia como asistente administrativo o en roles de soporte similar
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
  • Organización, puntualidad y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas digitales
  • Actitud amable, profesional y orientada al servicio
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Mérida
Nice to Have
  • Experiencia dando soporte a ejecutivos o directivos
  • Experiencia en distintos sectores (la industria de home care no es requerida)
