We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Professional to join our Ocean Operations team at CEVA A&O Mexico, located in Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes, with a focus on maritime and air export operations.

As a Logistics Operations Professional, you will bring a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with strong expertise in maritime and air export logistics. In-depth knowledge of sea import procedures is considered a significant advantage and will contribute to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end logistics operations for maritime and air exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinating shipments, documentation, and customs clearance processes to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
  • Using CargoWise (CW) or similar freight forwarding software to monitor, track, and report on shipment status and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.

We are looking for a candidate with intermediate to advanced English proficiency to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and support international operations.
