Como Customer Service Representative, serás el rostro de nuestra empresa y desempeñarás un papel crucial en el éxito de Evolve CX.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender consultas y problemas de los clientes a través de diferentes canales, como teléfono, correo electrónico y chat en vivo.
- Proporcionar soluciones rápidas y efectivas a los problemas de los clientes.
- Documentar interacciones con clientes y mantener registros precisos.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar que los problemas de los clientes se aborden de manera oportuna y eficiente.
- Ayudar a identificar y abordar las tendencias de las consultas de los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés B2/C1
- Experiência en logística (Opcional)
- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de centro de contacto.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y con cambios constantes.
- Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas y capacidad para pensar críticamente.
- Disposición a trabajar en turnos, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos.
